In 1944 two Romanian radio operators find themselves isolated, behind enemy lines, from the rest of their squad. The two soldiers engage in a race against time to make it to the predetermined rendezvous point. Their advance is slowed down when one of the soldiers starts suffering from mysterious health attacks.

Plot: Pannonia, 1st Century Ad - a group of soldiers of the Legio XIII, exhausted by years of bloody battles, revolts against their very own Aquilifer to seize the legion's Eagle and return it home, pretending to be it's saviours, fact which would have granted them glory, wealth and an honourable discharge.

The three survivors, two accomplices and an unaware soldier, set foot to reach the legion's outpost and fulfill their plot, but they soon realize that the legends surrounding the Eagle are grounded in reality: it was not just a simple coat of arms, but more like an entity charged with mystic power and the ominous superstitions that weigh upon it start to manifest...

A french-brazilian (action/dark comedy) short film, about a young Indian hunter, from an Amazonian tribe, who realizes that there is no game left in the forest and decides to go white man hunting…

For the "connoisseurs", it's kind of ; "Man Bites Dog" meets "The Emerald Forest". The film can be seen as disturbing and shocking, but if you watch it till the end, you'll understand why it must be that way. The film talk in a roundabout way of the genocide of Indigenous people occurring right now in Brazil. The movie has been made by a fully Indigenous crew (except for the french director).

Movie Genre:
A eight minutes long romantic comedy aimed to little girls aged between 8-14 years old. I bet that some of the soft hearted mothers between 25-60 will enjoy this funny and sweet story as well.

Synopsis:
As fifth grade and elementary school draws to a close, Leena, 11, a bright, friendly, if slightly awkward student, summon the courage to ask her secret crush, the popular Matt, to sign her yearbook and give her first kiss.

Theme:
First love is no fairy tale.

What is it about:
The hardships of falling in love for the first time.

Producer Statement:
This was made for my last class directing at USC School of Cinematic Arts. As you guys know student budgets are tiny regardless of the size of their school.

I originally had planned to submit this to kids & family festivals but their excessively high entry fees are making me re-think my release strategy. I am a big fan of shortoftheweek.com and want kids from around the country to be able to laugh and be moved by this story. This will be the perfect venue for the kids in the cast to start the viral campaign in their schools.

(U.K) All of us dream of living a different life than ours. Day after day, the daily routine is killing us slowly. Fortunately, our dreams keep us wide awake, but we fall into the void that prepétuellement rammène us quickly to the sad reality, inevitable, we can not escape our destiny. We are running desperately behind each other to live or survive. All these lives that are so similar. The hope is to have the courage to choose his life before it's too late because there is a good chance that the screen turns off his life before we realize it.

(FR) Tous, nous rêvons de vivre une autre vie que la nôtre. Jour après jour, cette routine quotidienne nous tue lentement. Heureusement, nos rêves nous tiennent bien éveillés, mais nous tombons prepétuellement dans ce vide qui nous rammène très vite à la triste réalité, inévitable, nous n'échappons pas à notre destin. Nous courons désespérément les uns derrière les autres pour vivre ou survivre. Toutes ces vies qui se ressemblent tellement. L'espoir serait d'avoir le courage de choisir sa vie avant qu'il ne soit trop tard car il y a de grande chance que l'écran de sa vie s'éteigne avant qu'on s'en rendre compte.
