“Galileo was not the first person to invent the telescope but was the first to turn one toward the night sky“

During the 17th century, the Roman Catholic church believed that the Earth was the center of the universe and those who tried to prove them wrong were in danger of being accused of heresy. Helios is the story of how an idea found his innovator, triggering a series of consequences in time. The date is 1609, Italy, late at night at Galileo Galilei’s workplace. He is watching the sky, studying celestial bodies and focusing on the moon. He prepares to see this unexplored world with his customized telescope while some of his sketches and notes rest on the floor. After a gently approaching the telescope, he sees the moon through it –a celestial body full of enigmas and intrigues for any human eye. After a moment, a bright light invades the scene around him, but he does not notice it. This light resembles the silhouette of the invention, this enigmatic form splits into three muses.

These three muses approach Galileo and start touching his back, resting next to him and pointing to the sky. Galileo starts watching the moon differently. He starts spotting data that he had not seen before, now seeming to understand how the moon works and why. He draws what he sees and repares himself to present this to cardinal Bellarmine at church, in order, to prove that the Earth is not the center of the universe, but orbits around the Sun, just like the Moon around the Earth.

Galileo’s discovery fundamentally alters the way humans perceive themselves in the
cosmos.

Venkity and his wife are asleep. In deep sleep he talks about Karl Marx and economic recession, Fearing that the children would wake up hearing sound, his wife awaken him. wife also rises in order to make tea, but IS unable to get up because of severe back pain, so Venkity prepare tea for all of them, while giving his wife oil massage for back pain, he casually talks to her about man -woman relationship, strikes and the important of Marx in contemporary world, through this conversation he convey to her idea of socialism also. From his words venkity’s wife begins to feel kind of respect for Karl Marx. She rises up and cleans the portrait of Marx that was hanging unnoticed on the wall for some time. The film ends with piece of news about the walstreet protest, that Venkity hears when he switches on the radio.

Jim Cochran floats through his days dreaming about being somewhere else and reflecting on his past. He works a job delivering packages to customers that seem to never be home. He hates his job more than anything and despises the delivery truck he must drive. In his free time he finds solace in shooting clay pigeons at the local shooting range. In contrast to his delivery truck his shotgun is his favorite thing in the world and he considers it his “nightly companion”. He also has a slight love affair with performing magic tricks, and practices them alone in his backyard. Jim’s life is stagnant; he makes no attempt to change and instead accepts his fate, living inside of his head with his memories of the past. One fateful day while walking alone in the woods he finds something on the ground, his decision to pick it up will change his life forever.
“Cochran” is a story about the inability to escape the past, and what happens when the present intervenes. It’s a story about acceptance, and about how something that seemed bad at one point could turn out to be something good in the long run.

My short film, "Vodka 7," is a black and white morality limbo zone centering on three simultaneous stories that gently mesh with each other in a New Jersey bar on a calm evening.

A professional Hit Man prepares a Novice for his first hit. Two Lawyers argue over a recent trial. And a middle-aged Woman explains to the uninterested Bartender of her recent revelation.

The film is unique because it's one of those few films that truly LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE A REAL FILM. It does not sugar coat anything with the characters. These are real people. With real conflicts.

I understand the black and white imagery might be daring, but don't let that turn you off. If anything, it adds to the mood and tone of the
piece. Which is dark, but not pretentious.

I have been obsessed with cinema since birth and I know what a good film is. And I promise you. This is a good film.
